We are especially excited to unveil our special guests: the famous shish kebab chef brothers from the hit show, So You Think You Can Cook?! They will be hosting a special cooking class inspired by our favorite Shard cuisines. Learn how to make Mariana’s famous salt-aged seafood, hearty Balamtok salads, and Aesir custard buns! (NOTE: This event has been postponed until further notice due to unforeseen circumstances involving a fish girl and a robot.)
If you've got the guts to test your stomach, make your way over to Corona’s Fire-Blaster Challenge at the Buffet Plaza! Get ready for some of the hottest chicken wings and hot sauces this side of Acme! We’ve got 15 different spice levels to get through, from Balamtok's Pixie Pepper all the way through classic Carolina Reaper! And what's a challenge without a good reward? Our winner will be deemed worthy enough to train with the Aesir warrior-Lancer himself, Corona!
