“FRIENDLY”THROWDOWN IN THE STREETS SUNDAY
Don’t go to bed early this Sunday, because you’ll miss some high-speed street-racing action. The Eighth Annual Acme Midnight Derby takes place at, well, midnight, in the Eastern Waterfront District. Get there early, because safety barriers will seal off about a dozen streets on the 3.2-kilometer circuit (see map below).

“I mean, she’s awesome and I love her, but you want to know who’s the fastest, right?” says Nitro. “Normally I we'd put our lives on the line for each other, but when you’re pedal-to-the-metal on the streets, the person you most want to kill is your partner. So once a year we race against each other.”
Asked to predict the outcome, Kismet responded, “Whatever is fated, will be. However, I will kick her ass.”
