NEW PORTAL EATS SUSHI RESTAURANT
These portals are getting out of hand.
A new portal opened up at 2:17 AM yesterday on the premises of On A Roll Sushi, one of Acme’s most popular sushi restaurants in the trendy Kakucho District. Most of the restaurant, including the kitchen, immediately dropped through the portal into the Shard on the other end. Lancers are currently scouting the newly accessible Shard to determine its size, whether it is populated, and its potential glunite deposits.
Due to the early morning hour, no one was injured.
“On A Roll was everybody’s favorite!” stated Scott Montgomery, a regular at the establishment, as he laid a wreath made of pressed seaweed in front of the former storefront.
Hanaya Yohei, owner and head chef of the restaurant, promised to re-open at a new location as soon as he can obtain a suitable space in the neighborhood. He joked, “First we’ll open a cart and make sushi on the street, so we don’t lose our knife skills.”
The Public Safety Commission stated that it will open traffic on Marconi Street as soon as the portal can be verified as stable and not expanding.
