Itzamna: The City Which Rules the Sky

Do you remember Shard 01821 that was discovered earlier this week? Our veteran Lancer squad conducted a preliminary survey and concluded that "this is a Shard from Balamtok." To protect their reputation, I'm not naming names here. I'll just tell these three people, the one wearing the yellow cap, the one who tosses wrenches around, and the one who deals in rocket launchers: this Shard is not from Balamtok! Those people who do come from Balamtok were merely transported here by the Smash-Up, and they have no idea what this floating island is.
The latest information we have is that there is a floating island belonging to an entirely new civilization, and we know nothing about the parallel world it belongs to. The floating island, codenamed "Itzamna" (I know, some of you gave it a Balamtok name, whatever) is a combination of an art plaza and a passenger center, featuring unique anti-gravity technology. So far, no one has found any survivors from this new civilization.
According to the latest news, anti-gravity technology is being researched by the megacorps—Kepler and Eastvale, duh. Guess where they stole the tech from? As before, we have received numerous conflict reports regarding Itzamna. The Lancer Association is just a loose platform; we are not obligated to monitor what missions you take on, for whom you work, or whom you fight with. However, we are very concerned about the potential risks that Lancer battles may pose! Shard 01821 is a brand new and possibly unstable Shard, and follow-up exploration plans are already in the works. There are certainly many people who do not want Itzamna to fall out of the sky… I may be an AI, but I don't enjoy writing hundreds of reports about the shenanigans you guys do every day!
Back to the point. I heard that the new training base will utilize anti-gravity technology, allowing you to conduct shooting training on a safer floating island! Oh, of course, you may have already arrived at the new base, since this message will remain in the database. I receive daily complaints from residents about noises from the old base, so do me a favor and move over to the new base quickly, okay?
