How the Console Launch Gifts Work:

FragPunk supports cross-platform account linking, but these gifts are meant specifically for new console players who missed content due to the delayed launch.

Therefore, the gifts will only be granted to newly created accounts on console platforms.

If you already have progress on PC and plan to play on console, please note:

After linking your accounts, you must choose to play using your new console account (instead of your existing PC account with progress) in order to be eligible for the gifts.

But don’t worry, if you start playing on console and later wish to play FragPunk on PC, you’ll still be able to bring your rewards with you by linking your accounts after receiving the gifts on console.

We'll provide a more detailed guide with full cross-platform instructions before the console launch.

About the Battle Pass in Season 1 Chapter 1:

Since Battle Pass is tightly tied to chapter updates, it won’t return once a chapter ends.

That means new console players won’t have the opportunity to purchase the Battle Pass in Season 1 Chapter 1.

We apologize for the inconvenience-but don’t worry, we’ve got a solution on the way.

Purchase the Premium or Ultimate Pass for Season 1 Chapter 2 and unlock all the rewards before Season 2 begins. You’ll receive all the battle pass rewards (excluding the 900 Coins) for Season 1 Chapter 1 as an extra bonus! These bonus rewards will be delivered via in-game mail after the Season 2 update.

Your bonus Chapter 1 battle pass rewards will match the tier of the Chapter 2 Battle Pass you purchased:

Premium → Bonus Premium Rewards from Chapter 1
Ultimate → Bonus Ultimate Rewards from Chapter 1

Extra Gifts for Pioneer Bundle Supporters:

We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all players who supported us early by pre-ordering the FragPunk Pioneer Bundles on console ahead of launch.

Due to delays in the console release and platform policy requirements, we regret to inform you that all pre-orders of the FragPunk Pioneer Bundles were automatically canceled and refunded. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

How to Claim the Gifts on Console Platforms:

PlayStation:

A free pack will be available on the PlayStation Store. If you previously pre-ordered the FragPunk Pioneer Bundle on PlayStation, the system will recognize your eligibility, and you’ll be able to claim the bundle directly at no cost.

Xbox:

Players who pre-ordered the FragPunk Pioneer Bundle on Xbox will receive a redemption code from Xbox after the game launches. You can redeem this code through the Xbox system to claim your rewards.

What about Xbox PC players?

Since the Xbox PC version (via Windows Store and Xbox App) shares the same Xbox account system as Xbox consoles— which was also impacted by the delay—it will launch simultaneously with the console version.

Therefore, players using the Xbox PC version will be considered part of the console player group and will be eligible for the same rewards.
