Ranked Shard Clash

• Ranked Shard Clash Level Adjustment: This mode will now be unlocked after players reach level 15 (previously it was unlocked at level 30).
• Adjustment to Penalty for Match Abandonment: Within one hour, if a player abandons a match, they will receive a 10-minute penalty for the first offense, 30 minutes for the second, and 24 hours for the third. During these penalties, players will be unable to participate in match-making.
